Swedish Massage
This massage is often referred to as the “relaxing” massage. It relaxes tension but also offers health benefits such as; improving circulation and flexibility.
Deep Tissue massage
This massage is more intense than a standard swedish massage. Its main purpose is to target muscle “knots” and relieve aches/pains. An increase in pressure can target deeper layers of muscle and fascia, helping to reduce pain.
Medical Massage
A medical massage can be more individualized to target specific problem areas. Similar to a deep tissue it uses more pressure. This can help relieve problems such as; nerve pain, sciatica, headaches, tendonitis, or minor strains.
